Michigan Tech graduate student Tucker Ringhand ran a personal-best in the 5,000-meter race Saturday at the WashU Distance Carnival in St. Louis, Missouri. The Crosby, Minnesota native completed the race in 14:34.52, which was third-best in his heat.
