CHASSELL — The Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes defeated the Chassell Panthers Friday, 68-50.

Josh Daavettila led the Lakes with 36 points.

Brayden Larson had 25 for the Panthers.

MODELTOWNERS 37, COPPER KINGS 35

CALUMET — The Calumet Copper Kings scored 16 points in the fourth quarter, but could not quite overcome the Gwinn Modeltowners’ nine points in the same span as the visitors came away with a 37-35 win on Friday.

Waylon Sales scored 12 points to lead Gwinn in scoring. Andrew Hill added nine.

For the Copper Kings, Kent Koskela scored 10. Gavin Sturos added eight.
