Marie Cecile Danis
HOUGHTON — Marie Cecile Danis of Houghton, Michigan passed away peacefully surrounded by devoted family and friends on Tuesday, September 17, at the Omega House, Houghton, Michigan.
Marie was born on May 5, 1945 to George William and Gertrude Ann Lamarand of Eagle Harbor, Michigan.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents, George William and Gertrude Ann Lamarand, her brothers, Kenneth Lamarand, Jack Lamarand, and Keith Lamarand; her First Husband, William Langdon, her son, William Langdon; and her Second Husband, Anthony Danis.
She is survived by her children, step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial luncheon will be held at St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church in Houghton, Michigan on Tuesday, October 1, at 12:00 p.m.
