Traffic is seen backed up on Memorial Drive in Houghton after a three-vehicle personal injury crash shortly before noon Monday morning.

One person was injured in the crash and transported to UP Health – Portage by Mercy EMS, the Houghton County Sheriff’s Office said. Further details on the person’s condition was unavailable Thursday afternoon.

Vehicles were rerouted to the southbound lanes of M-26, with northbound and southbound traffic alternating. The scene was cleared by 12:15 p.m.
