May the plant bring you peace

August 8, 2013
The Daily Mining Gazette

To the editor:

We want to offer our condolences to the person who took the hanging planter off our daughter's grave in the Elo Cemetery. We're sure you have an empty spot in your life that needed filling. We hope you will care for it as we did from early spring.

Pick it up and bring it inside every night with predicted frost. Also, protect it from heavy rain storms. Check it for moisture and water if needed at least every two days. About every two days please pick up dead blossoms from it to keep it blooming.

Because the plant was our gift to our deceased daughter who we miss and grieve for greatly, we would be willing to help you care for it if we knew where it was.
