How about this big boat!
Displaces 600,000 tonnes of water.
Enough to carry big pumps.
Capacity to deliver 50 million liters
of cold water an hour.
Sail this cooler off Africa before
the winds, need any rulers,
kindergartners!

USA with no remorse, implement!
At best a job for MTU the
local university.
To plot theh course!?
