Benefit help appreciated

January 12, 2013
The Daily Mining Gazette

To the editor:

A benefit for Antonia Burich was held Dec. 8, 2012, at Miller's Recreation in Laurium and it was a huge success.

I would like to thank Loralee Miller for all her help and for letting us have the benefit at her establishment.

I would also like to thank Laura Miller and Art Limback for handling the raffles. Also, Girl Scout Troop 5370 of Lake Linden for handling the bake sale, Dan Stahl and Nichole Rutherford for handling the door donations, Megan Kiviniemi for a donation, Irish Times, Carmelita's, Toni's Country Kitchen, Calumet Theatre, Country Inn & Suites, Classy & Casual Crystalware, Pat's Foods and for all others who donated whether it was for the potluck, bake sale, etc.

All help was greatly appreciated and I would also like to thank the band for playing at the event and to all the bowlers. Thank you all.

Roxanne Stahl
