Service to county appreciated

January 5, 2013
The Daily Mining Gazette

To the editor:

I would like to take this means in thanking two board members for their years of service to the Houghton County Department of Human Services Board and Medical Care Facility Board.

Gerald Erva (17 years) and Gordon Jukuri (25 years) have served the people of Houghton County for a combined service of 42 years.

These two gentlemen have contributed their time, talents and expertise to this cause and both have seen the reconstruction and construction of many projects including Woodland Haven at the Medical Care Facility.

Their time and efforts will always be appreciated.

Ed Jenich, Chair
