HANCOCK - Carol and Don Carli of Hancock announce the engagement of their son, Joseph Robert Carli to Jayne Frances Martin.
Jayne is the daughter of Barbara and Paul Martin of Centerville, Ohio. Jayne is currently a doctoral student at Columbia University in New York City studying metabolic biology.
Joseph is a computer and electrical engineer and works for the Department of Defense in Washington, D.C.
They plan to have an October 2012 wedding in Ohio.
