Kenneth and Beverly Bracco

CALUMET - Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bracco of Calumet are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married May 6, 1961, at Our Lady of the Pines church in Copper Harbor. The couple lived in Lansing for 10 years before returning to the Copper Country where they currently reside.

Ken served in the U.S. Navy and was employed by the Lansing City Police Department, General Motors, Michigan Technological University and the Houghton County Airport. Beverly worked for North Central Airlines in Chicago/Lansing, the U.P. Health Department, Dr. Manzini, D.D.S., and Dr. Carlton-Orr, D.D.S., of Calumet.

They have been blessed with four children (Debbie/Randy Budzynski of Haslett, Mich.; Mike/Carmela Bracco of Kalamazoo, Mich.; Holly/Michael Ludlum of Canton, Mich.; and dearly departed son, Stephen Bracco, formerly of East Lansing, Mich.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A family celebration will take place in lower Michigan later this summer.
