Join Timber Wolf Alliance for a Weekend with Wolves wolf ecology workshop. Learn about wolf ecology, wolf monitoring techniques, and the latest wolf issues from Michigan and Wisconsin biologists and educators. Time will be spent in the classroom and in the field surveying wolf pack territories. Participants will assist with wolf howling surveys and learn techniques in wolf tracking and radio telemetry. The workshop will be at the North Lakeland Discovery Center, County Hwy W, Manitowish Waters, WI and begins at 8:00a.m Saturday August 8 through 1:00p.m. August 9. Workshop fees include meals, bunkhouse accommodations, and all workshop materials. Preregistration is required. $90 TWA member $110 nonmembers.
