Emirate — EM-eer-ate — the lands or reign of an emir bloviate — BLOW-vee-ATE — to talk too much, especially in an inflated or empty way

Example: "Angela Shah, writing in the N.Y. Times about what's new in Abu Dhabi: 'Without bloviating, I can say that the emirate already home to the world's first gold-bar ATM and a Christmas tree so full of decorations that it earned a place in the Guinness Book of World Records, has now said it will be host to the world's largest indoor caviar farm.'"
